These terms of service ("Terms") are applied to your use of WiseFrame ("App"), created by Andrea Bonaiuti (the "Owner") and provided via Google Play. Please read them carefully. This SERVICE is provided free of charge by Andrea Bonaiuti and is intended for use as it is. This page is used to inform visitors about my policies by collecting, using and disclosing personal information if someone has decided to use my service. If you choose to use my service, you agree to the collection and use of information in connection with this policy. The personal information I collect is used to provide and improve the service. I will not use or share your information with anyone, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as our Terms and Conditions, accessible from WiseFrame unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

If you access or use the App, it means that you agree to be bound by all the following Terms. If you don't agree with one or more Terms, don't use the App.

I want to inform you that every time you use my service, in case of an error in the app I collect data and information (via third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This log data may include information such as the device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, app configuration when using my service, time and date of use of the service and other statistics.

I can hire companies and third parties for the following reasons

Facilitate our service.
To provide the service on our behalf.
To perform services related to services.
To help us analyze how our Service is used.
I wish to inform users of this service that these third parties have access to your personal information. The reason is to perform the activities assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are required not to disclose or use the information for other purposes.

The owner does not recognize any kind of guarantee or liability (explicit or implicit, oral or written) against the app and the contents included or made available to him through the app, which derive from legal operations, commercial operations or other.

In no case will the owner be held liable by you or by third parties for any damages of any nature, including indirect, incidental or consequential damages, which may arise from or in connection with the App or any other content made available through the App, regardless of the cause, whether in the contract, illegal or not, even if the above has been aware of the possibility of such damage. This section will take full effect even if any of the remedies don't reach the main goal.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against all costs, damages, responsibilities and expenses (including attorney's fees, costs, penalties, interests and disbursements) that may be incurred in connection with, to cause or to avoid any claim or request from a third party regarding your user.
